November 17, 2018 — Audience: to identify and reach an expanded audience and create a more active community of visitors and supporters. Presenter: Andrea Caluori, William Cullen Bryant Homestead

January 12, 2019 — Stewardship of Collections: to better organize and safely archive collections and create a physical environment to protect holdings. Presenter: Alex MacKenzie, curator, Springfield Armory National Historic Site
February 9, 2019 — Stewardship of Historic Structures & Landscapes: to assess, maintain and improve historic sites and make these sites accessible and engaging to visitors. Presenter: Jennifer Trainer Thompson, President & CEO of Hancock Shaker Village
March 9, 2019 — Management: to more effectively run day-to-day operations. Presenter: Tom Kelleher, Curator of Mechanical Arts at Old Sturbridge Village.
